We are into providing Soft skills / Aptitude / Communication / Placement Training for Engineering Colleges and others in and around South India.

We offer and assign training programs for our trainers both on permanent and freelance basis. The remuneration for the freelance trainers ranges from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 10,000 per day exclusive of food and travel allowance.

This program will make you learn how to enjoy your work, work lesser hours compared to other professions, get more admiration — and most importantly — get paid more.

Certification & Assessment

The workshop includes demo training, design, development and delivery sessions, on-the-spot analysis and feedback. Every delivery session by each participant will be video recorded and played back for examination. The final assessment that will decide certification will be an acid test that comprises of both hands-on and theoretical elements.
